Our Story
In the fast-paced world of technology, the demand for skilled tech talent has never been higher. However, the supply of qualified local candidates has not kept up with this demand, leading to a significant dependency on foreign talent. In response to this, the Technology Talent Development Programme (T²Dev) was created as a collaborative effort between technology experts, academia, and human capital to lead the development of local tech talent.
T²Dev is more than just a discussion forum or a networking group; it is a council committed to provide tangible outcomes to achieve their vision of creating a pipeline of skilled local tech talent. By leveraging the collective expertise and resources of its members, T²Dev aims to address the challenges faced by the industry in developing and retaining a skilled workforce.
T²Dev council is made up of a diverse group of individuals with expertise in technology, academia, and human resources. By working together, they can provide a comprehensive and holistic approach to talent development. Each council member has a specific role to play and is committed to deliver tangible outcomes that will benefit the industry as a whole.
